The legend of the C\u00f4te des Deux Amants dates back to the Middle Ages and tells the tragic story of a young man who, trying to carry his beloved to the top of a hill to prove his love, dies of exhaustion, followed by the death of the young woman, destroyed by grief.<\/p>\n
This hill has now become a popular hiking spot for its magnificent panorama. From the terrace, the plunging view of the latter is breathtaking.<\/p>\n
