The atmosphere is revealed as soon as you enter: a wooden staircase crosses a stairwell carved out of exposed concrete, the true backbone of the project. Natural light, captured from the upper floors, cascades down and invites you to climb the steps as if exploring a work of art.<\/p>\n
The main living space, located on the first floor, opens onto a light-filled room thanks to its fully glazed south-west facing fa\u00e7ade. The linear, minimalist kitchen nestles against the central raw concrete wall and extends naturally onto a suspended terrace perched above the garden.<\/p>\n
The second floor, accessible via a metal staircase, is crossed by a spectacular full-height glass walkway, a column of light that transforms the corridor into a gallery. Three modular rooms follow one another, bedrooms, office or library, separated by pocket doors that allow them to be partially opened up to extend their volume towards the outside.<\/p>\n
Each space here plays with light, views and fluidity, in a free and lived-in architectural style.<\/p>\n
A double garage with natural light completes the ensemble and could easily be converted into an artist’s studio or a generous storage space. At the rear, the enclosed, intimate garden with trees is an ideal green refuge for enjoying the seasons, with its wooden terrace ready to welcome long tables under fairy lights.<\/p>\n
