Access to the island is by boat only, according to a set schedule: from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and until 10:30 PM on Friday and 11:00 PM on weekends.<\/p>\n<p>Outside of these times, you can cross with your own boat; a dinghy and motor are provided with the chalet for mooring at the dock. Private parking is available at the entrance. Vehicles can also be brought onto the island by ferry.<\/p>\n<p>The management of green spaces, garbage collection, and boat access is handled by the administration and the caretakers.<\/p>\n<p>Annual fees amount to EUR3,300. As this chalet is associated with shares in a limited liability company, it is possible to move in very quickly, and no notary fees are required. Juziers train station for Paris Saint-Lazare (50 minutes via line J) is a 15-minute walk from the ferry terminal.
