The first bedroom on the upper floor has direct access to this panoramic terrace, allowing guests to wake up to the ocean. The second bedroom, bright and peaceful, also overlooks the sea, offering a rare view of the Mogu\u00e9riec lighthouse. The mezzanine space, currently used as an office, could easily be partitioned to create an additional bedroom without disrupting the balance of the room&#8217;s dimensions. A shower room with WC and a storage area complete this level, creating a peaceful and functional atmosphere. Outside, the enclosed garden unfolds facing the sea, evoking a gentle seaside ambiance. Bordered by flowers and local plants, it invites relaxation on the wooden terrace or in the heart of the lawn, with the sea and the lighthouse as a backdrop. A woodshed and an additional storage area provide additional space. A covered carport offers secure parking for two vehicles.
