On the one hand, a comfortable living room of almost 50 m\u00b2 with its open kitchen, benefits from a wood-burning stove, large aluminum and wood picture windows giving access to an outdoor area converted into a &#8220;Japanese Garden&#8221;.<br \/>\nOn the other hand, two beautiful bedrooms stand side by side with a hyphen in the shower room.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;night curve&#8221; also distributes a large master suite with its private terrace, its dressing room and its bathroom with the particularity of the singular pleasure of taking a bath with a view of the fields.<\/p>\n<p>Transport and amenities: 30 minutes from Rouen, 20 minutes from a SNCF train station, 15\/20 minutes from Forges-les-Eaux and Gournay-en-Bray (shops, swimming pool, cinema, racecourse), the A28 motorway at 15 km , Beauvais Airport at 46 km. Nursery and primary schools in the village, colleges and high schools a few kilometers away, large commercial areas 5 km away.<\/p>\n<p>This architectural achievement with a pronounced and unique style offers all the advantages of a country life, with proximity to urban spaces.
