17th century stone farmhouse with garden

Located in the heart of the town of Sénas, this charming village farmhouse from the end of the 17th century has an area of more than 200m2 on three levels.

Built on the historic remains of the ramparts of Sénas and its castle, this unique place bears witness to the heritage of the region and highlights the meticulous work of Provençal artisans. Hidden behind a wooden door, finely crafted by the Compagnons du Devoir, the wooded garden creates a peaceful and discreet environment where flora and fauna flourish.

The entrance reveals a traditional Provencal kitchen with its dining area. Then, a large living room with fireplace opens through a bay onto the green garden. On the first level, two bedrooms share a bathroom. On the upper floor, a sleeping area, an office, a dressing room, a bathroom and a laundry room are harmoniously linked. Higher up, an attic room offers a panoramic view of the Alpilles mountain range.
