Building to renovate

In the centre of town at the foot of the Vercors, this building offers four levels of approximately 90m² each to be renovated.

This former hotel annex has a roof redone in 2000. The intermediate concrete slabs with floor insulation were done in 2017 and revised for those in wood as well as the staircase between levels.
The open spaces leave plenty of scope for interior design.

The electricity, heating, door and window frames, plumbing and the facade need to be renovated.

Part of the ground floor of this building will have to be used for professional purposes.
