Charming little city house in Chartres

Situated near the center of the beautiful city of Chartres, and only 1:30 hour by car from Paris, this little city house is full of charm and authenticity. With a total of 55 square meters, the homestead is calm and close to the shops.

When we enter the house, we are welcomed by a nice corridor-entrance, which delivers every rooms of the ground floor. On one side, the living room and dining room are united in one big area. The kitchen is fully equipped and opened with a beautiful view on the garden.

On the other side, we are welcomed by a nice bedroom. As a children bedroom or a bureau, the space allows every possibilities. With the view on the garden, the master bedroom is equipped with a cupboard. A shower room is completing the floor.

In the basement, the room allows some space for a laundry room and stockings. Accessible by the outside through a window, the attic will provide more space.

By continuing to the outside, a stone terrace leads to the garden. A garage and an opened space allow to park two cars on the property.
