70’s architect house
Situated near the beautiful city of Chartres, and only 1:30 hour by car from Paris, this astonishing 70’s architect house is full of authenticity. With a total of 273 square meters, the homestead is calm and close to the shops.
Built by an architect in 1973, and inspired by houses from the South of Algeria, the property is a real travel back in time. With no classic and geometric walls, the house gives the atmosphere of cave houses. Like a real maze, the different spaces are accessible through different staircases.
