Located near the Villa d’Alésia and rue des Plantes, out of sight, this house to be renovated is located in an old workshop transformed by an artist sculptor of lights.

From the entrance, the authentic character of this house is clearly asserted. The combination of materials used seems to write the history of the place: the character of wood mixes with the industrial aspect of metal and glass, thus evoking the world of New York lofts.
