Access to the island is by boat only, according to a set schedule: from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and until 10:30 PM on Friday and 11:00 PM on weekends.

Outside of these times, you can cross with your own boat; a dinghy and motor are provided with the chalet for mooring at the dock. Private parking is available at the entrance. Vehicles can also be brought onto the island by ferry.

The management of green spaces, garbage collection, and boat access is handled by the administration and the caretakers.

Annual fees amount to EUR3,300. As this chalet is associated with shares in a limited liability company, it is possible to move in very quickly, and no notary fees are required. Mortgages are not available for this type of investment.
Access: A14, A13 or A15. Juziers train station for Paris Saint-Lazare (50 minutes via line J) is a 15-minute walk from the ferry terminal. All shops are a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal.
