This superb wooden frame house was set up on the Île de la Dérivation (never flooded) in Carrière-sous-Poissy, prized for its calm and private atmosphere, nestled in a garden of more than 2,000 m² partly wooded, in an environment privileged.

This island is accessible on foot, by bike, motorbike or quad by a footbridge overhanging the lock which has been abandoned since 1977 but which still bears the mark of boatmen.
