Sales fees: 5% incl. VAT of the sale price, payable by the seller.
These fees are applied in the majority of transactions and may, in exceptional cases, be subject to change within a range close to the terms set out above.
Property search fees (chasse), indexed to the sale price, payable by the buyer:

€600,001 to €800,000: 3.5% incl. VAT
€800,001 to €1,000,000: 3% incl. VAT
From €1,000,001: 2.5% incl. VAT
Agency fees payable by the tenant: one month’s rent excluding charges, within the cap set by the ALUR law, i.e. €12 incl. VAT/m² for very high-demand areas, €10 incl. VAT/m² for high-demand areas, €8 incl. VAT/m² for other areas.
In addition: €3/m² for the inventory of fixtures (check-in/check-out inspection).
Agency fees payable by the owner: one month’s rent excluding charges, incl. VAT.
Fees payable by the tenant: 30% of the annual rent, excluding taxes and charges.
