If the property type allows it, a drone presentation video will be offered upon signing an exclusive sales mandate.
RENTALS
Residential properties:
Agency fees payable by the tenant: one month’s rent excluding charges, within the cap set by the ALUR law, i.e. €8 incl. VAT per m².
An additional €3 per m² applies for the property inspection.
Agency fees payable by the owner: one month’s rent excluding charges incl. VAT, capped at €8 incl. VAT per m².
Commercial premises or offices:
Agency fees payable by the tenant: 30% of the annual rent excluding taxes and charges.
