Residential lease
Agency fees payable by the tenant: one month’s rent excluding charges, within the cap set by the ALUR law, i.e. €12 incl. VAT/m² for very high-demand areas, €10 incl. VAT/m² for high-demand areas, €8 incl. VAT/m² for other areas.
In addition: €3/m² for the inventory of fixtures (check-in/check-out inspection).
Agency fees payable by the landlord: one month’s rent excluding charges, incl. VAT.
