SALES
For properties valued above €200,000, the seller is responsible for a 5% fee including VAT.
For properties priced below €200,000, a fixed fee of €10,000 including VAT applies.
These rates apply to most transactions, although they may occasionally vary within limits close to the terms initially agreed upon.
* In the case of an inherited property, the fees are payable by the buyer.

Tenant fees:
The agency’s fees correspond to one month’s rent excluding charges, within the legal caps set by the ALUR law:

An additional €3 incl. VAT per m² is charged for preparing the check-in inventory.
Landlord fees:

Commercial premises or office space
Fees payable by the tenant:
30% of the annual rent excluding VAT and charges.
PROPERTY HUNTING
Property-hunting fees based on the sale price:
3.5% incl. VAT, payable by the buyer.
