For properties priced above €200,000, the seller is responsible for a 5% fee including VAT.
For properties below €200,000, a fixed fee of €10,000 including VAT applies.
These rates apply to most transactions but may exceptionally vary within a range close to the terms initially defined.
* In the case of a property sold as part of an inheritance, fees are payable by the buyer.
RENTALS
Residential
Tenant fees:
The agency’s fees correspond to one month’s rent excluding charges, within the legal caps set by the ALUR law:

An additional €3 incl. VAT/m² is charged for the inventory inspection.
Landlord fees:
The agency charges one month’s rent excluding charges incl. VAT, plus €3 incl. VAT/m² for the inventory inspection.
Commercial premises or office space
Fees payable by the tenant:
30% of the annual rent excluding VAT and charges.
PROPERTY HUNTING
Property-hunting fees are based on the sale price, at a rate of 3.5% incl. VAT, payable by the buyer.
