VAT/m² for other zones). Add €3/m² for the inventory of fixtures. Landlord — one month’s rent excluding charges, incl. VAT.
Commercial premises or offices (tenant pays): 30% of the annual rent excluding VAT and charges.

3.5% for a purchase between €601,000 and €800,000
