SALES

Maximum fees applied:
5% incl. VAT of the sale price, payable by the seller for properties over €200,000
7% incl. VAT of the sale price, payable by the seller for properties under €200,000

These fees apply to the majority of transactions and may exceptionally be adjusted within limits close to the stated conditions.
When the property type allows, a drone presentation video will be offered upon signing an exclusive mandate.

RENTALS

Residential properties:
Agency fees payable by the tenant: one month’s rent excluding charges, capped in accordance with the ALUR law, i.e. €8 incl. VAT per m²
