When the property type allows, a drone presentation video will be offered upon signing an exclusive mandate.
Residential properties:
Agency fees payable by the tenant: one month’s rent excluding charges, capped in accordance with the ALUR law, i.e. €8 incl. VAT per m²
An additional €3 per m² is charged for the property inspection (inventory of fixtures)
