Authentic sculpted architecture, or architecture of instinct, this magnificent achievement of 1962, labeled Heritage of the twentieth century, is one of five “landscape houses” of the architect Jacques Couëlle, exceptional example of the movement of architecture-sculpture, plebiscitant organic shapes and rounded inspired and integrated perfectly in nature, in opposition to the “right angles” of the modern movement of the time.

Located in a private and secure area unique on the heights of Cannes, it enjoys absolute calm and unobstructed views of the bay of Napoule and the massif of Estérel.

Developing a habitable surface of 231 m², on a landscaped ground of 3000 m², the neutral base of the built concrete walled and projected was an ideal “playground” to leave free field to the creation of the artists craftsmen to create a composition also varied than incredible forms and raw materials. The rough stone with warm and varied colors and terracotta for floors, ceramics iron and glass for walls, wood and glass for doors, copper for dressing facade details.

Access to the floor is via a curved staircase marrying the fireplace or a terracotta staircase from the entrance or take place two bedrooms an office and two bathrooms.

The outdoor areas are characterized by various terraces and clearings offering a view of the nature and the various forms of the house, ending in the west on the pool surrounded by a terrace without vis-à-vis contemplating the distant view of the country Cannes. The basement hosts a garage, a cellar and a wine cellar.
