In the event of acquiring a property already under a sales mandate with a real estate professional, the buyer may be subject to additional fees, in accordance with the applicable sales mandate.
Rentals
Residential lease:
Fees payable by the tenant: one month’s rent excluding charges, capped in accordance with the ALUR law, i.e.

€10 incl. VAT per m² for high-demand areas,
€8 incl. VAT per m² for other areas.

Passionné de street culture et de photographie urbaine, Cédric est un toulousain d’origine qui aime sortir du cadre. Il écrivait déjà un parcours peu commun dans son précédent métier, en tant que producteur de programmes télévisés.
Une carrière de 17 ans qui l’a conduit de ses premiers stages, jusqu’aux postes les plus stratégiques des grandes chaînes de télévision. Il y a piloté la production de programmes aussi intéressants que variés : documentaires scientifiques, divertissements populaires, en passant par de grands débats politiques. Il s’autorisera même à signer la réalisation d’un documentaire sur les cultures urbaines qui sera primé dans de nombreux festivals.
Mais Cédric est avant tout un passionné de rencontres. C’est un véritable coup de coeur qui le conduit à rejoindre les équipes d’Espaces Atypiques pour y créer l’agence d’Angers, ville qu’il affectionne particulièrement, et d’où sa compagne naturopathe est originaire.
Après plusieurs années dans l’immobilier traditionnel, en agence puis en étude notariale, Noémie a choisi de se tourner vers un univers plus singulier et créatif. Aujourd’hui, elle accompagne ses clients dans leurs projets de vie, en mettant à profit son expérience et sa connaissance du secteur.
D’un naturel curieux et communicatif, Aloïs est un passionné de photographie et d’architecture. Après plusieurs années d’expérience en tant que photographe d’architecture indépendant, c’est naturellement qu’il intègre la famille Espaces Atypiques. Le regard toujours à l’affût, Aloïs saura mettre en lumière votre lieu de vie afin de le présenter sous son plus beau profil.
Riche de ses études en communication, il veille à la bonne image de l’agence sur les réseaux sociaux et les supports de communication.
Ancien sportif de haut niveau, Antoine a cette volonté de se dépasser, et est en perpétuelle quête de nouveaux défis. Très attaché à la Vendée, à ses richesses patrimoniales, culturelles et à son mode de vie unique, Antoine est fin connaisseur du territoire vendéen. Il est passionné par l’immobilier, l’architecture et les lieux de caractère avec une histoire. A l’écoute et persévérant, il s’emploiera à mettre toute son énergie pour vous accompagner dans vos projets immobiliers sur le bassin vendéen.
