PROPERTY SEARCH
Property search fees indexed to the sale price: 3.5%, plus 10% of the negotiated amount between the advertised price (fees included) and the final purchase price (fees included), payable by the buyer. In the event of purchasing a property under a sales mandate held by a real estate professional, the buyer may be subject to additional fees in accordance with the applicable sales mandate.

Tenant’s fees:
One month’s rent excluding charges, within the cap set by the ALUR law, i.e. €12 incl. VAT/m² for very high-demand areas, €10 incl. VAT/m² for high-demand areas, and €8 incl. VAT/m² for other areas.
An additional €3/m² applies for the inventory of fixtures.
Landlord’s fees:
One month’s rent excluding charges incl. VAT.
An additional €3/m² applies for the inventory of fixtures.
Commercial premises or offices:
Fees payable by the tenant: 30% of the annual rent excluding taxes and charges.
Civil lease:
Fees payable by the landlord and the tenant: respectively one month’s rent including charges.
Business assets:
5% excl. VAT of the sale price, payable by the buyer.

Après plus de 10 ans dans l’univers du voyage luxe, dénichant les derniers hôtels et expériences en vogue autour du monde pour une clientèle exigeante, la transition vers l’immobilier atypique s’est faite naturellement. Grand voyageur, son sens du relationnel et du service, sa capacité d’écoute et son goût prononcé pour les challenges feront de lui votre meilleur allié.
D’un naturel curieux et communicatif, Aloïs est un passionné de photographie et d’architecture. Après plusieurs années d’expérience en tant que photographe d’architecture indépendant, c’est naturellement qu’il intègre la famille Espaces Atypiques. Le regard toujours à l’affût, Aloïs saura mettre en lumière votre lieu de vie afin de le présenter sous son plus beau profil.
