This architect-designed wooden house with a flat green roof is located in Raizeux in the Rambouillet forest, and has a living area of 200 m² on a beautiful peaceful plot of 1966 m² out of sight. Built in 2013, this house has the Low Consumption Building label which means low energy consumption.

The architect has successfully integrated the house into its environment while preserving it. This new approach to habitat in the heart of nature and this way of life is unique in its conception. The made-to-measure manufacture of large bay windows, 4 meters wide by 2.50 meters high, provides light, transparency and well-being.

A large entrance with library opens onto a beautiful space of 60 m²; living room with pellet stove that heats the whole house and the fully equipped kitchen with its dining table opening onto a 16 x 4 meter wooden terrace. Three bedrooms including a master bedroom with dressing room and private walk-in shower, bathtub and sauna with direct access to the terrace. A 9 m² office, a home cinema, a workshop and a laundry room complete this space.

A second house with a flat roof accommodates a 13 m² bedroom with private shower and a 15 m² closed space for bicycle storage, gardening tools and pellet storage.
