This unique place, located in a small protected village, close to rail and road axes, and daily amenities, offers atypical architecture. The facade on the courtyard (heritage to protect) of the old building, is added to a facade on the garden, partly in glass pavers.

The courtyard offers parking spaces for two vehicles and an independent garage in old bricks completes these with a third covered parking space.
The entire ground floor level is dressed in a monochrome ‘RAYNAUD’ style white tiles giving it a work of art dimension.
The white glow of the earthenware and its geometry extends onto the glass wall of the living room and its soft light. Large communicating spaces allow circulation between reception, dining or music areas. Two open fireplaces equip the different areas. The ‘vintage’ black kitchen, mirror lacquered, with its hanging unit, opens onto the natural perspective of the garden.

On the left wing, a staircase delivers the former sculptor’s workshop and its original bench.
An adjoining office with a perspective on the green plain is completed by two bedrooms, covered by the old tiled floors of the old building. An original wooden staircase provides access to the second level and its huge games room with exposed beams. From the right wing, the first floor offers two bedrooms with parquet floors, an office and a bathroom. A bathroom with a built-in bathtub in the floor enjoys a view of the surrounding landscape. On the second floor, a large office dressed in parquet and exposed stones, with ridge height and swing, is added to a dressing room.
