Located in Gondreville, this property steeped in history, known as the ?Maison des Dîmes’, was built in the 16th century and spans 565 m². Restored by heritage enthusiasts, its original architectural features, such as mullioned windows, woodwork and exposed beams, have been carefully preserved.

Two distinct entrances lead to the first floor: from a vast hall supported by stone columns and enclosed by a contemporary glass roof, or from the imposing kitchen. Clad in terracotta floor tiles and overhung by exposed beams, the latter displays all the charm of yesteryear and opens onto a terrace that is nothing more than the remains of a tower. In its extension, a vast living room takes up the same codes, while the dining room with its stone fireplace gives pride of place to carved woodwork.

In the center of the building, two separate staircases, one of them in cut stone, lead to the upper floors. Here, stone gives way to solid parquet and bleached beams. The second floor features a master suite with cement-tiled bathroom, a billiard room with fireplace, and two bedrooms. The second floor comprises a mezzanine with three bedrooms each with its own shower room.

A wing of the building, with three horse stalls, remains to be converted. In front of the building is a wooded garden with a well. With its 7 bedrooms, 5 of which have en-suite bathrooms, and its location at the gateway to the loops of the Moselle river, making it ideal for tourism or bed & breakfast.

The building is listed as a historic monument.
