Nestled in the heart of the town of Arçais, this authentic split-level market garden house has been completely redesigned and renovated by an architect to bring a touch of luxury, calm and voluptuousness to the already sumptuous Marais Poitevin.

This exceptional residence is specific to hillside houses overlooking the conches with these navigable canals and unique in the quality of its renovation and its equipment. It is accessed via an alleyway from which the sounds of a nature full of mystery can already be heard. The entrance is the nerve center of the house. Under its 4m high ceiling, the living room has nearly 30m2 of surface, bathed in light, which is flush with the cut stones. Its view from the large bay window gives the feeling of dominating nature. From its wooden balcony, a staircase accompanies us to the second terrace dedicated to the swimming pool. Unique in its kind thanks to its glass wall, the swimming pool communicates with the outside and seems as if suspended in the air when viewed from the living room below.
