What are the trends in the high-end real estate market in Mauritius?

The market is particularly dynamic on the West Coast (Tamarin, Black River) and the North (Grand Baie), while the East and South coasts attract a clientele seeking exclusivity. Sea-view villas, penthouses, and properties in golf estates remain the most sought-after. An emerging trend is moving towards eco-responsible properties, accompanied by an upgrade in services (marinas, wellness areas).

What are your development plans? We aim to strengthen our international presence through the LeadingRE network and develop joint initiatives with our partners. Our vision focuses on exclusive residential experiences, combining nature, luxury services, and architectural innovation. Ultimately, we aim for excellence in high-end rental management and support for expatriates.
