What are the trends in the high-end real estate market in Mauritius?
The market is particularly dynamic on the West Coast (Tamarin, Black River) and the North (Grand Baie), while the East and South coasts attract a clientele seeking exclusivity. Sea-view villas, penthouses, and properties in golf estates remain the most sought-after. An emerging trend is moving towards eco-responsible properties, accompanied by an upgrade in services (marinas, wellness areas).
