This project was born thanks to a group of friends, artists and architects, who decided to give life to abandoned sites. The objective was to safeguard a remarkable site by rehabilitating and reconverting existing buildings into lofts and workshops for artists or professionals working in creation, image and new communication technologies. The concept is to bring together people with similar activities and lifestyles, promoting exchange and synergy.
