Located south of Montpellier, this 72 sqm loft on a ground of about 6 hectares is a rehabilitation of an old wine property of the XIXth Century.
This project was born thanks to a group of friends, artists and architects, who decided to give life to abandoned sites. The objective was to safeguard a remarkable site by rehabilitating and reconverting existing buildings into lofts and workshops for artists or professionals working in creation, image and new communication technologies. The concept is to bring together people with similar activities and lifestyles, promoting exchange and synergy. Everyone is at home but with a spirit of sharing and community: a collective ownership with participative management.
The loft is composed of three levels.
On the ground floor, the entrance leads to a vast living room with its open equipped kitchen. The ceiling height of about 3m80, the exposed beams and the beautiful light make it charming. The bay window allows access to the terrace with view on the fig tree.
The staircase to the first floor leads to a mezzanine bedroom under the roof.
The original bathroom with bathtub is located in the basement.
With its vegetable garden, its orchard and its centenary pines park, the property is a green shelter in an urbanised environnement.
An original and different way of life, an artistic and convivial concept.
2 parking spaces complete this property.
10 minutes from Montpellier, close to shops, the new TGV station and the motorway.
