This old sheepfold of stones beautifully restored in respect of the old materials settled in the heart of Combas, a nice little Gard village located at about ten minutes from Sommières.
Unsuspected from the outside, the charm of the large house operates on 2 levels in a succession of dedicated spaces.
On the ground floor, the entrance allows us to discover the living room-living room-kitchen, either large communicating vaulted alcoves decorated with a beautiful fireplace.
A feeling of immediate well-being comes to inhabit us in this so warm atmosphere of stones, wood and authenticity preserved and subtly rehabilitated.
The floor, offers a large office room (or second living room) and the night spaces.
A first bedroom completed with a mezzanine (convertible in sleeping area) and bathroom on one side and further, another room and bathroom.
The patina of old materials rehabilitated and the correctness of tones and decoration employed makes its effect in every room of the house.
This floor also offers a large partially covered terrace with summer kitchen and enjoying a magnificent panoramic view of the village and the surrounding nature.
This old house, with certain assumed charm, located in a beautiful environment 30 minutes from Nimes and 40 minutes from the beaches, is a gem as we find very few.
