This house of 98 m² was designed in 2014 by its owner, renowned sculptor, and designed by the architect specializing in homes with steel structure, Christophe Nogry. Their wish was to create a warm space with a raw and industrial aspect offering a beautiful luminosity.
Entirely made out of steel, this really atypical residence is located in peace with the beaches at 50 meters.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom open onto the wooden terrace and garden, a room that can be converted into a second bedroom also open to nature and finally a bathroom.
A metal staircase in the air style leads to the first floor which hosts an office space and a large and beautiful living room illuminated by large windows facing south. The whole overlooks a metal terrace with a view of the sea.
At the last level we discover a parental suite, as laid on the roof. The view, even lying on the bed, is superb. The atmosphere is cozy, cozy. An intimate bathroom completes this floor.
The rooms of each level each have their own personality, further reinforced by the different colors of the waxed concrete placed on the floor.
The owner’s artwork can be sold with the house to keep the original spirit of the place.
Jacuzzi in the garden. Parking.
