This charming house, restored in 2012, is located in the heart of the village of Gressey in a beautiful quiet environment. It has a living area of about 230 m² on a plot of about 1200 m² with a landscaped garden, an orchard and a vegetable garden.
It is an old farmhouse composed of two parts, one dating before the French Revolution with a half-timbered facade and the other dating from 1870 with a stone facade. Both parties were assembled in the 50s.
The owners have preserved the beautiful volumes with the original materials and quality while bringing a contemporary decoration.
A comfortable entry serves on the right a stay of 56 m ² with a surface and a majestic height by its cathedral ceiling and its framework in wood. A large stone fireplace and its pellet stove bring a warm conviviality. This room is bathed in light by the new bay window bronze color with a view of the terrace of 20 m² stone overlooking the beautiful flower garden. A mezzanine hosts a billiard table and a solid oak wooden staircase distributes two small attic rooms whose floors are in cement tiles with their toilets. On the left a very cozy living room of 20 m² also has its brick and marble fireplace. A wooden staircase repainted in white leads to the other two bedrooms, one of which is very large with a high ceiling. There is also a space that serves as an office. A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, bath and two basins completes this level. A pleasant kitchen of 20 m² is equipped with wooden furniture and a Falcon piano with a black lava stone worktop.
This house still has potential to develop in two places. In the attic, it is possible to make two additional rooms, at the bottom of the garden there is an outbuilding to renovate that opens onto the orchard and vegetable garden.
