This beautiful mill, still in operation, is located in a park of two hectares in the valley of the Voise near Rambouillet and Chartres. It has a surface of 750 m ² among which 250 m ² livable in the main house and 500 m ² of independent houses transformed into rooms of hosts, lodgings and room of reception. Dating from the 18th and 19th century, the mill was restored in 2007 and includes a set of four houses around a square paved courtyard and a wooden deck with a nice view of the park.

The 19th century barn and old pyre have been rehabilitated for the main house with quality materials. It is composed of a vast and beautiful room of life of 100 m ² with its big chimney and has a height under ceiling of 4 m leaving revealing its splendid frame in oak. Its bird’s eye view of the green courtyard on one side and the wooded park and Voise on the other allows you to escape at any time. A large and sumptuous kitchen of 50 m² is furnished and equipped with two ovens, a professional hood and a bread oven stone original. The concrete floor brings a contemporary touch to this space. Upstairs, a large wooden staircase leads to a master suite of 35 m² and four beautiful attic rooms and three bathrooms, two of which are private. The floor is floored with wide blades that goes perfectly with the stone walls.

The stable has been transformed into a guest room of 40 m² with its small lounge and walk-in shower.

Some stone steps lead to the Press transformed into a bed and breakfast with his bathroom. This space has kept the exposed flint walls and the original frame.

The miller’s house is a cottage which comprises on the ground floor a small lounge, dining area and a bedroom with an en suite shower. Upstairs, two bedrooms and their private shower room. The metal staircase and the concrete floors for the top harmonize perfectly with the tiled floors for the lower floor and the old fireplace.

The mill, renovated in the nineteenth century, is built on four levels. It was active until 1950. The owners always use it for making flour during organized visits.

The small station, built late nineteenth was on the line that connected the town of Dreux to Auneau, has turned into a cottage of 90m ² with a garden and independent access. It includes a veranda, a living room with its woodburner, a kitchen and two bedrooms upstairs.

A wooden extension with the green roof of the main house was realized in 2011. It consists of a professional kitchen, a room to store and a room of 110 m² for receptions or seminars. The frame and the wood stove mass bring warmth and friendliness to this space. Beautiful openings allow to have a bird’s eye view of the river and a pleasant terrace for moments of relaxation.
