On the heights of the charming town of Villette, in the Mantoise region, this former presbytery of about 170 m² has kept the remains of its former use such as stained glass and sculptures on the facade.
With its old windows present above the doors and windows the place maintains a serene and peaceful atmosphere. From the entrance, access is through the living room at the end of which sits a large fireplace and old kitchen that opens onto the garden. At the first levels have been arranged a suite of two rooms with bathroom, two other rooms and a water point. On the top floor is a large bedroom which enjoys many openings on the garden and the surrounding countryside. All the rooms have kept the stamp of the old buildings which with a touch of modernity, will have given a unique place. F
inally, the house is embellished with a pretty bell tower which contains half a dozen small rooms that will have to be converted. At its summit, the bell is always present.
The building is surrounded by its bucolic garden which leads to two cellars, one of which is vaulted.
The property enjoys, because of its position, a completely unobstructed view of the valley.
Shops and local services are about 10 km away, access to the A13 is less than 15 minutes.
A nursery school welcomes children in the town.
