• From €600,001 to €800,000: 3.5% incl. VAT
• From €800,001 to €1,000,000: 3% incl. VAT
• From €1,000,001 and above: 2.5% incl. VAT

Residential rentals
• Tenant fees: One month’s rent excluding charges, within the legal limit set by the ALUR law:
– €12 incl. VAT/m² in highly regulated areas
– €10 incl. VAT/m² in regulated areas
– €8 incl. VAT/m² in other areas
+ €3 incl. VAT/m² for the check-in inventory (état des lieux)
• Landlord fees: One month’s rent excluding charges, incl. VAT
Commercial premises or office spaces
• Fees payable by the tenant: 30% of the annual rent excluding VAT and charges
