Residential lease:

Agency fees payable by the tenant: one month’s rent excluding charges, capped in accordance with the ALUR law, i.e. €12 incl. VAT/m² in very high-demand areas, €10 incl. VAT/m² in high-demand areas, and €8 incl. VAT/m² in other areas.
An additional €3/m² applies for the inventory of fixtures. -
Agency fees payable by the landlord: one month’s rent excluding charges incl. VAT.
