Residential: tenant pays one month’s rent excluding charges, within ALUR legal caps (€12/m² very tight zones, €10/m² tight zones, €8/m² other zones) + €3/m² for the inventory of fixtures.
Owner pays one month’s rent excluding charges incl. VAT.
Commercial/office (tenant): 30% of the annual rent excluding VAT and charges.
