From 1 November 2020, in the specific case of inheritance sales, our fees are: 5% incl. VAT of the sale price (fees included), payable by the buyer, for properties over €200,000, or a flat fee of €10,000 incl. VAT payable by the buyer for properties under €200,000

Maximum fees charged for the services provided

RENTALS

Residential: Agency fees payable by the tenant: one month’s rent excluding charges, within the legal cap set by the ALUR law, i.e. €12 incl. VAT/m² for highly regulated areas, €10 incl. VAT/m² for regulated areas, €8 incl. VAT/m² for other areas
An additional €3/m² applies for the inventory check-in (état des lieux)
Agency fees payable by the landlord: one month’s rent excluding charges incl. VAT

Commercial premises or office (payable by the tenant): 30% of the annual rent excluding VAT and charges
