The floors are made up of OSB, Fermacell, wood fiber, marine chipboard, straw and clay.

This level also has a bathroom and a toilet.

Access to the lower level is via a large staircase leading to a vast living space bathed in light thanks to the large Argon tilt-and-turn double-glazed French windows sliding by translation.

The living room and its very high ceilings will satisfy any desire for tranquility and contemplation of the surrounding nature around the wood stove.
The festive moments will take place around the central island of the kitchen and the dining area, which on a sunny day will extend to the large terrace accessible by all the doors and bay windows.

This level offers a shower room, a WC, a back kitchen and its cellar as well as a laundry room.
Adjoining the living room, a 40m² room can be converted at the whim of the next owner, either into a bedroom/games room or another comfort room.
