Exclusive and unsuspected, this property is located on almost three hectares only fifteen minutes from the town centre of Épinal. The most beautiful pond covers most of the property with 1.70 m of water over its entire surface. It is fed by a stream and several springs guaranteeing a quality of water favourable to the species present; among them: arctic char, brook trout and rainbow trout grow in all peace.
