RENTALS

  • Residential: Agency fee payable by the tenantone month’s rent excluding charges, within the legal cap set by the ALUR law: €12 incl. VAT/m² (very tight zones), €10 incl. VAT/m² (tight zones), €8 incl. VAT/m² (other zones).
    Add €3/m² for the inventory of fixtures (check-in inspection).
    Agency fee payable by the landlordone month’s rent excluding charges, incl. VAT.

  • Commercial premises or offices (tenant pays): 30% of the annual rent excluding VAT and charges.


PROPERTY HUNTING

Fees payable by the buyer:

  • 4% for a purchase up to €600,000

  • 3.5% for a purchase between €601,000 and €800,000

  • 3% for a purchase between €801,000 and €1,000,000

  • 2.5% for a purchase over €1,000,000
