An entrepreneur at heart, my career path has also been “atypical”. Coming from a background in hotel management, I ventured into the world of digital communication in the 1990s, then into catering, before finally choosing real estate, which had always been an underlying activity.

Each time, it was meeting remarkable people that proved to be very inspiring.

All these professions are demanding, and it is customer satisfaction that builds success. It is the goal of my business, while the conviviality of meeting people and exploring our beautiful Drôme and Ardèche region are what drive me every day.
Passionate about gastronomy, local produce and beautiful homes, I am known as a bon vivant… Cooking is the pleasure of treating others, real estate is helping them find the perfect home. These are professions where you give so much, but what a reward when you receive a warm “thank you”!

A native of the Drôme Ardèche region, I continue to live in this diverse and magnificent setting. After various experiences in industry, I decided to devote myself to my passion for character properties, sharing it with others and supporting them in their projects.

Human interaction is the basis of all desire. After an exceptional professional encounter, what could be more logical than to pursue this sector rich in expressive assets with owners and buyers who are as passionate about their life projects in our magnificent region as they are about their diverse and varied professional activities, which enrich us day after day.

After years in accounting and then logistics, the desire for a change of career was too strong. Home staging and decoration were the areas that appealed to me. The shift to the world of entrepreneurship was a revelation and a source of motivation to open up even more to the world of real estate. But not just any real estate, the kind that brings me something new every day and, above all, no routine in the range of our exceptional properties and in our important role in helping you find your gem.

Still as independent and determined as ever, my membership of Espace Atypique comes as no surprise to anyone familiar with my professional background, and yet I find it offers me more than just teaching. I surrender to the comfort of a relationship built on trust and hope to convey this feeling to you, which can be understood as a smile and brings you serenity in your projects.

With a keen eye for architecture and aesthetics, I am an interior designer and artisan. For 30 years, I have tackled the complexity of construction projects, which have nurtured my skills and my ability to identify the strengths of a property and your needs. My attraction to real estate is therefore not without meaning and experience.

I have practised personalising living spaces, enhancing properties for sale or rent, giving commercial premises an identity, and staging events and receptions.

Through consulting and painting, I have defined and emphasised a style, creating unique and welcoming atmospheres to satisfy an atypical and demanding clientele.

My years of practice and personal experience in real estate, my versatility and the passion I have for my work have ensured the longevity of my craft business and brought me wonderful projects and friendships. This background has facilitated my training in real estate practices, allowing me to smoothly transition into an equally interesting new career.

I continue to enjoy exploring the north of the Ardèche, searching for beautiful properties that are reminders of an illustrious industrial or agricultural past. A green landscape, ready to offer its walks and heritage, a quiet, sometimes wild force that overlooks and yet extends over our easily accessible Rhône valley.

Originally from Burgundy, I have been living in southern Ardèche for 17 years.
After enriching professional experiences in the world of local wine merchants and event catering, I decided to open the doors to Espaces Atypiques.
Passionate about history, architecture and music, I explore new paths and forge my own route in search of new experiences to reawaken the senses. I strive to listen to and cultivate the tastes of others while stimulating their curiosity. The trails in the heart of the Ardèche mountains offer seasoned hikers a glimpse of the formidable constructions of these artisan builders. It is an invitation to daydream, but also to pursue much more concrete life projects. It is my job to carefully mark out the territory leading to our own selection of exceptional properties for an informed clientele.

Seduced by the human values that founded the Espaces Atypiques agency, I joined the network as a matter of course, a logical continuation of my professional career.
Spaces, places and interior design have always been part of my DNA. Making a connection between women and men looking for rare, distinctive properties is a real challenge every time I meet someone new.
Today, I am delighted to be able to pursue this career while exploring the Ardèche region, in the heart of these landscapes of mountains, gorges and villages where stone, sunshine and authenticity shine through.

Originally from Languedoc-Roussillon, I found my adopted home in southern Drôme — a region whose light, authenticity and human richness I deeply love. Driven by a keen sensitivity to the delightful, the unusual and the atypical in all its forms, I am guided by a sincere desire to be attentive, present, efficient and always true to what is real.

My professional career reflects what I seek: uniqueness, passion and vibrancy.

First in a sporting career and then in event photography, I have had the opportunity to explore, meet, share and experience unique places, remarkable people and powerful stories.

These experiences naturally led me to Espaces Atypiques, a network that fully embodies my values.

Connecting places to life trajectories, creating a dialogue between the past and the present, this is my vocation and my daily commitment.

Because ultimately, I don’t sell property, I pass on heritage.

After spending several years as an actress in the entertainment industry, I decided to move into audiovisual production, where I worked as a video technician, first in Italy and then in France.

I have always been passionate about travel, architecture and design. In 2011, upon my return to France, I discovered Espaces Atypiques and was particularly impressed by the innovative concept of this estate agency.

I have been coming to the Diois region, my favourite area, since childhood, and decided to settle there in 2019.

After several years working in the management and rental department of a real estate agency, I felt the need to focus mainly on transactions.

My passion for heritage and my attachment to the Diois region made my collaboration with Espaces Atypiques an obvious step in the evolution of my professional career.

Behind every wall, every space, every detail, there is a story to tell. After eight years of communicating about renovation and construction projects, I have learned to read these stories, to sense the potential of a place and to imagine the life that can unfold there. Working with architects, developers and private individuals has taught me to listen, to understand and, above all, to perceive what makes a place truly exceptional.

Joining the real estate and Espaces Atypiques network was an obvious choice: it’s not a career change, it’s the natural continuation of my journey. Today, I put my creativity, energy and kindness at the service of each project.

My goal: to reveal the unique character of a place and create the emotion that transforms a property into a life project.

This credo has always guided me, and as an interior designer, I have always made it a point of honour to establish a relationship of trust with my clients, to listen to them and understand their lifestyle and desires, in order to bring that extra touch of soul to each project that makes it unique.
I have always taken great pleasure in creating surprises by playing with contrasts, clashing textures, colours and finishes, while paying particular attention to the choice of materials and their impact on the environment. I like to combine the charm of the old with the purity of modernity, combining raw and natural materials with contemporary lines.

In short, I love everything that (like me, no doubt) doesn’t fit neatly into boxes!
This is what led me to specialise in designing unusual living spaces, so that each interior I revisit is unlike any other and tells a unique story.
