Tenant: agency fee of one month’s rent excluding charges, within the legal cap set by the ALUR law (€12 incl. VAT/m² for very tight zones; €10 incl. VAT/m² for tight zones; €8 incl. VAT/m² for other zones) + €3/m² for the inventory of fixtures.

Owner: agency fee of one month’s rent excluding charges, incl. VAT.
Commercial premises / office (tenant pays): 30% of the annual rent excluding VAT and charges.
PROPERTY HUNTING (buyer pays):

4% for a purchase up to €600,000
